At Stay Frank., we’re revolutionizing the way homeowners tap into their home’s equity without increasing their monthly payment or having to immediately move.

As home equity is at an all-time high, many homeowners are interested in leveraging their equity to address other financial needs. Credit challenges and lending limitations are preventing many homeowners from accessing that equity, forcing them to consider selling their home and move. This common predicament is leaving Americans looking for an alternative. Stay Frank. is that solution.

We are a start-up, tech-enabled real estate services company. Our innovative platform offers homeowners the ability to sell their house and lease it back. Our Cash and Stay program allows homeowners to capture the cash they would receive from selling their home without the hassle of moving, at a monthly lease payment they can manage.

We leverage Data Science and automated marketing technology to drive qualified lead flow.
