We’re looking for motivated team players to join our Stay Frank. family. Our Inside Sales Agents are responsible for bringing in new customers and interacting with qualified leads through a consultative sales approach.

We are a start-up, tech-enabled real estate services company. Our innovative platform offers homeowners the ability to sell their house and lease it back. Our Cash and Stay program allows homeowners to capture the cash they would receive from selling their home without the hassle of moving, at a monthly lease payment they can manage.

We leverage Data Science and automated marketing technology to drive qualified lead flow.

About the position:

Responsibilities:

  • Close New Deals: Your primary charge is to identify the financial need of homeowners and educate them on how a home sale leaseback can accomplish their goals.
  • Efficiently Follow Up on Active Deals: Inside Sales Agents are expected to engage with potential customers in a timely, efficient, and effective way after engagement to maximize closing rates.
  • Track Activity: Inside Sales Agents are responsible for timely documentation of all sales and account activity using HubSpot.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Inside Sales. Applicants must have at least 2 years of quota carrying inside sales experience to be considered for this role.
  • People-Driven & Charismatic. Our sales process is people-driven. To be successful in this role, applicants should be excited about meeting new people each day (and getting to know them), be a great conversationalist, and be charismatic.
  • Detail-Oriented. Good communication skills and attention to detail when documenting are a must in this role. This role requires Agents to accurately document and communicate between multiple departments.
  • Real Estate, Mortgage, Debt Solutions Knowledge (no licensing required): Applicants must have experience working in mortgage lending, real estate, or debt solutions industry. This role does NOT require Real Estate or Mortgage Licenses (current or past).
